One. Pre-sales service

  1. Professional sales engineers will provide customers with professional solutions and products that meet their requirements based on the customers' needs, professional inkjet experience, and product application characteristics.

  2. Provide demo system demonstrations and sample videos for customers, and provide professional purchasing advice based on customers' needs and product implementation experience.

  3. Provide free product usage training for customers to better understand product and system features.


Two. Sales service

  1. Free on-site environmental surveys to provide equipment installation environment recommendations to customers.

  2. Free installation, commissioning, and usage training for the equipment sold.

  3. Provide customers with product-related materials (including product manuals, ink-related safety reports, etc.).

  4. Telephone technical support and on-site technical support in emergency situations.


Three. After-sales service (one-year warranty period)

  1. If a customer discovers a problem, on-site personnel can feedback the issue to the project leader, who will then contact our technical staff. We will respond within 5 minutes by phone and provide on-site technical assistance within 48 hours if needed.

  2. We will provide free maintenance and repairs for customers during the warranty period.

  3. We provide 24-hour service.

  4. If replacement parts are needed, we will replace them at cost.


Four. Training commitment 

  1. We will provide free training and technical consultation for customers. The training location is at the project site or at a location designated by the customer. The number of training personnel for system operation and management is specified by the customer, and we will ensure that relevant personnel use the system correctly.

  2. Training object System operation and management personnel, technical personnel with certain professional skills or actual on-duty operators, and other relevant personnel designated by the customer.

  3. Training content Provide technical information about the main equipment and software and system operation manuals to the trainees. The main content of the training course is system operation, related parameter setting and modification, and system maintenance and simple upgrades.

  4. Training plan After completing the system implementation, introduce the customer to the overall system overview, performance, features, equipment layout, and relationships, etc., to give the customer a comprehensive understanding of the entire system.

  5. Training format The company assigns specialized technical personnel to explain the principles, functions, operations, and maintenance points of the system to relevant personnel. Provide and explain relevant design documents and drawings to trainees so that they can be proficient in all aspects of the system. Provide one-on-one guidance on specific system operations to help relevant personnel master the technical essentials and answer questions in detail.


Five. Quality assurance and after-sales service commitment (one-year warranty period) 

We promises to provide a twelve-month free warranty for the equipment and systems supplied and installed by our company. The warranty period starts from the date of acceptance. Any damage or loss caused by the quality of the equipment or software during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge by our company, except for human factors. After the one-year warranty period, we will provide lifelong service, and only charge for parts and components, excluding the use of third-party consumables.
